Overview

Marcus Evans takes great pride in organising one of our flagship events - the 7th Annual Affordable Housing Projects large scale conference. This is a must-attend gathering which provides a perfect platform for anyone working in social and affordable housing, to address many of the critical and strategic challenges facing the housing sector around the world. Access to affordable and adequate housing has become a key concern for many low and middle-income households around the world and rapid urbanisation combined with population growth has led to a surge in housing prices in many urban areas, especially in developing countries. As a consequence, housing has become less affordable for many middle and low-income households.
